Jacobs China Limited has been appointed by the Civil Engineering and Development Department as the Consultant for the above Contract. The works under this contract mainly comprise formation works for about 7.5 hectares (ha) of land; related infrastructures including drainage, sewerage, irrigation, water supply, utilities and street lighting; associated park facilities including basic lodging and storage units; and construction of about 900 metres (m) long access road and footpaths (including two vehicular bridges with associated footpaths of about 20 m and 40 m long respectively) connecting the existing Tsiu Keng Road. The works was commenced in October 2020, the construction works is anticipated to be completed in 2024. We now invite application for the following Resident Site Staff positions:

嘉科工程顧問有限公司為香港特別行政區政府土木工程拓展署之顧問負責上述工程合約。工程主要進行約7.5公頃的土地平整；相關基建工程，包括渠務工程，除污工程，灌溉系統工程，水務工程，相關公共設施；相關園內設施，包括留宿道路設施及貯物設施；及長約900米的道路工程（包括2條橋樑分別約長20米及40米）以連接現有蕉徑路。相關工程合約已於2020年10月展開，工程預計於2024年完成。我們現正招聘下列駐地盤工程人員：

Candidates should have:-

(i) Diploma or Higher Certificate from Construction Industry Council in Hong Kong/Hong Kong Institute of Construction/Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education/Technical Institute/Technical College/Polytechnic University/Polytechnic in Hong Kong or equivalent in an appropriate discipline; and

(ii) At least 3 years’ relevant post-qualification experience; or

(iii) At least 5 years’ relevant experience inclusive of 1 year’s relevant experience as Resident Works Supervisor or equivalent in an appropriate discipline in public works projects or those listed in Section 4.5.2 of the RSS Management Handbook; or

(iv) At least 3 years’ relevant experience inclusive of 1 year’s relevant experience as Resident Works Supervisor I or equivalent in an appropriate discipline in public works projects or those listed in Section 4.5.2 of the RSS Management Handbook.

(一) 香港建造業議會╱香港建造學院╱香港專業教育學院╱工業學院╱科技學院╱香港理工大學╱理工學院頒發的相關學科文憑或高級證書，或具備同等學歷；及

(二) 具有最少三年於取得該等資格後之相關工作經驗；或

(三) 具有最少五年相關工作經驗，其中的一年在公務工程項目或駐地盤人員的管理手冊4.5.2章所列工程中擔任駐地盤監工職位或同等職位的相關工作經驗；或

(四) 具有最少三年相關工作經驗，其中的一年在公務工程項目或駐地盤人員的管理手冊4.5.2章所列工程中擔任駐地盤一級監工或同等職位的相關工作經驗。

Conditions: Appointments will be made in contract term with Jacobs China Limited in accordance with the prevailing Government’s terms and conditions. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
